Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 15 May 2026
1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of anzscofinder.com (the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
anzscofinder.com is an information tool that suggests ANZSCO occupation codes based on the content of a CV you upload. It is not migration advice. It does not lodge visa applications, predict outcomes, or replace a Registered Migration Agent (MARA) or Licensed Immigration Adviser (IAA). For advice, consult a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility and access
Access is currently invitation-only. To request access, complete the form at /register-interest. We may approve or decline requests at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Your account
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that shows signs of misuse.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Submit content (including CVs) that isn't yours, or that contains other people's personal information without their permission
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access the service through automated means (scraping, bots) without our written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service
- Resell or sublicense access to your account
6. Credits and pricing
The service is currently free during early access. Each approved account receives 5 free CV analyses. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; we will notify you by email before any charges apply.
7. Intellectual property
The site, design, code, copy, and aggregated outputs are owned by anzscofinder.com. ANZSCO 2022 classification data is © Australian Bureau of Statistics. New Zealand classification data is © Stats NZ / Immigration New Zealand. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own personal or professional research purposes.
8. Information accuracy
We draw on public sources (listed at /sources) to populate the tool. We aim for accuracy but make no warranty about completeness, currency, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify against primary sources — the Department of Home Affairs (Australia) or Immigration New Zealand — before making any visa decision.
9. No migration advice
Nothing on this site is migration advice, legal advice, or financial advice. For migration advice:
- Australia: consult a Registered Migration Agent (MARA — search at mara.gov.au) or an Australian-qualified immigration lawyer.
- New Zealand: consult a Licensed Immigration Adviser (IAA — search at iaa.govt.nz) or a New Zealand-qualified immigration lawyer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of the service. We do not exclude any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those non-excludable guarantees, our total liability to you for any direct loss is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at /terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
